The Fund's investments will be carried out through any lawful vehicles or instruments available that are consistent with the Fund's investment objective and policies, but will consist primarily of the purchase of Emerging Markets Securities through the regional stock markets or direct over-the-counter transactions.

The Fund may leverage its assets without restriction, as the Directors in their absolute discretion deem fit. The Fund may borrow funds for the purpose of facilitating the redemption of Shares.
