Investing with Regency Fund

The Fund's investment objective is to seek to realize above average long-term capital appreciation through actively managed, hedged portfolio of Russian and other emerging market securities.
The Fund intends to pursue its investment objective by investing primarily, under normal market conditions, in Emerging Markets securities; these include common and preferred shares, depositary receipts, convertible securities, rights, warrants and other equity derivatives. The Fund's Net Assets currently exceed $300 million.
