Regency Emerging Growth Fund, Limited (the "Fund") is an International Business Company incorporated on the 18th of November, 2003 under the International Business Companies Act, 2000 of The Bahamas, having its registered and principal office at Winterbotham Place, Marlborough & Queen Streets, P.O. Box N-3026, Nassau, The Bahamas (at the offices of the Administrator). The Fund is classified as a Professional Investment Fund and granted with a license of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.
The Fund's fiscal year ends on the last business Day in December of each year. All books and records of the Fund concerning its operations are maintained at the offices of the Administrator. The Fund is not required to submit Income Tax Return and has no tax number (tax exemption). The Fund's activity inception date was September 14, 2004.

The issued capital of the Fund is presently divided into more than 160 thousand outstanding shares distributed among more than 25 shareholders, each holding less than 5%.
