The Winterbotham Trust Company Limited will serve as the Administrator, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Fund. The Administrator is licensed as a Mutual Fund Administrator by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.
The services provided by the Administrator under the Administration Agreement, entered into between the Administrator and the Fund, include day-to-day administration of matters related to maintaining its books and records, dealing with subscriptions and redemptions, issuing the Shares and maintaining the Share register, acting as transfer agent, calculating Net Asset Values of the Fund and posting them on Bloomberg, preparing the Fund's annual returns, preparing information for the Fund's reports to Shareholders and responding to Shareholder inquiries relating to the Fund.
