Oleg Bagrin

Mr Oleg Bagrin has over 10 years of experience in capital markets and asset management with focus on emerging markets. He holds MSc in Operational Research and PhD in Finance from State Management University, Moscow and MBA from the University of Cambridge, UK.
Mr Bagrin held positions of fixed income trader and portfolio manager with the state-owned Agrobank, Moscow managing US$ 100 million of fixed income securities. At Avtobank, Moscow he held positions of Head of Risk Management, Treasurer and Deputy Chairman supervising proprietary trading and US$ 200 million emerging markets portfolio management. Also Mr Bagrin took consulting roles with Management Technologies Inc. and Morley Fund Management, both of London, UK. For the past two years Mr Bagrin is employed as managing director at Libra Capital of Moscow, Russia. He is also a Board Member of Novolipetsk Steel of Lipetsk, Russia.
Mr Bagrin is a Board Member of Professional Risk Managers International Association in Moscow.


Mr. Dmitry Demakov has over 12 years of experience in financial and administrative management in Russian and International companies. He holds MSc in Physics from Peoples Friendship University (Moscow) and MBA from the School of Financial Management of the Academy of National Economy (Moscow) with a probation period in the University of Cambridge (UK).
Mr. Demakov held position of Administrative (Financial) Director in the aluminium trading holding UNALCO (Switzerland), being responsible for financial management of trade activity of US$100-200 million monthly turn-over, risk management and maintenance of business relations with suppliers and customers, managerial accounting and reporting to shareholders. Mr. Demakov was also Deputy General Director in the opened joint stock company LITINTERN (Russia).
For the past 3 years Mr. Demakov is employed as General Manager of Regency Asset Management (Cyprus) Limited.


Mr Andrei Khinchuk has 8 years of experience in capital markets and asset management with focus on emerging markets and Russia specifically. He holds MSc in Mathematics from Moscow State University.
Mr Khinchuk held positions of analyst and trader with Alor-Invest, Moscow managing fixed income and equity derivatives portfolio. At Indosuez International Finance, Credit Agricole Indosuez Group, Moscow he helped to manage several hundreds million portfolio of local interest rate instruments (including both cash and derivative markets) and US dollar denominated securities. At Avtobank, Moscow he held positions of Economist and acting Head of Analytical Center working with assets and liabilities portfolio. For the past two years Mr Khinchuk is employed as portfolio manager at Libra Capital, Moscow, Russia.


Mr Igor Zabelkin has 14 years of experience in Russian capital markets. He holds MSc in Engineering from Moscow Aviation Institute and MSc in Banking from All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics.
Mr Zabelkin held positions of Economist and Head of Securities Department with Agroprombank, Moscow. At Incombank he held position of Head of Securities Department. Also he held position of Treasurer with MFD-Clearing, Moscow. At Avtobank, Moscow he held position of Head of Securities Department. For the past two years Mr Zabelkin is employed as managing director at Libra Capital, Moscow, Russia.


Mr Sergey Polyakov has 12 years of experience in Russian capital markets. He holds MSc in Economy from All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics.
Mr Polyakov held positions of fixed income trader with Agroprombank, Unexim Bank and BIN Bank all based in Moscow managing about US$ 100 million of fixed income securities. At BIN Bank he also acted as a Head of Securities Department. For the past year Mr Polyakov is employed as local fixed income trader at Libra Capital, Moscow, Russia.
