The Fund has appointed Regency Asset Management Limited (incorporated and registered in The Bahamas) as its Investment Manager. The Investment Manager has delegated (with consent of the Directors of the Fund) all management functions to its subsidiary Regency Asset Management (Cyprus) Limited by signing an investment advisory agreement. The Investment Manager and the Investment Advisor have responsibility, subject to the overall supervision of the Directors, for the selection of the Fund's investments in accordance with the investment objective and policy set forth in the Offering Memorandum of the Fund.

To improve management efficiency, Regency Asset Management (Cyprus) Limited signed Brokerage and Consultancy agreements with Libra Capital Investment Company - qualified and experienced participant of Russian and other regional stock markets. The Investment Manager and the Investment Advisor maintain contacts with other investment advisory companies and analysts with extensive knowledge of the sectors that the Fund will be investing in. The wide network of knowledgeable and experienced international professionals provides the foundation for high-quality investment decisions.
